How to get rid of stretch marks


Stretch marks could really be disgusting especially in public places. Cellulite which is referred to as stretch mark is caused by the of the skin layer or dermis. If you lose or gain weight too fast, you may develop stretch marks.  Men also have stretch marks but they are most common among women as they tend to develop it at some stage during their pregnant period. To get rid of them, try the following;

Water: make sure you drink enough water, about 10 glasses per day is recommended as it allows proper detoxification of the skin

Aloe Vera: it is the most effective herbal method known. You can apply aloe vera to stretch marks once daily.

Lemon juice: the acid in lemon juice can help to get rid of stretch marks. Slice up lemon and rub on affected areas for some minutes.

Cocoa butter: use this twice daily as it enhances blood circulation

Egg whites: they contain essential protein and should be applied on the skin after cleaning the body. Let them dry and wash away with cold water’

Sugar: mix sugar with drop of almond and lemon juice. Stir and apply to stretch marks for ten minutes before washing off.
